Very happy overall — the sign meets our fire-safety standard requirements and enhances way-finding in the stairwell. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the adhesive backing on the self-stick version seemed a little less strong than I expected; we used screws as backup for long-term hold. Still, four stars and would recommend.
A solid product and it works as advertised — the floor/stairway identifier shows up clearly after lights out. I’m giving four stars because the mounting surface we used (rough textured concrete) needed extra preparation; for best effect you do need a smooth, dry surface. But once fitted, it’s good.
Installed this sign at each floor level in our offices. The glow-in-the-dark effect is genuine and the crisp white finish during day shows off well. Especially good that it’s rated Class C photoluminescent — far better brightness than cheaper alternatives.
Really bought this for our stairwell labelling and I’m very impressed. The photoluminescent material glows strongly after ambient light, so even when the emergency lighting was off during our test, you could clearly see the floor/stairway identifier.
