The only minor downside is that the vinyl option feels a bit thin compared with the rigid plastic - I’d suggest choosing the plastic version. Still - perfectly acceptable for garden-shed use.
A proper, dependable sign - sturdy plastic, clear lettering, and a sense of “officialdom” to it.
